The Appliqu� Society will have a booth at the show in Seattle for three days at the Association of Pacific Northwest Quilter's eighth biennial juried and judged international competition among quiltmakers of Alaska, Alberta, British Columbia, Idaho, Montana, Northwest Territories, Oregon, Washington and Yukon.

  • Small Quilt Silent Auction will run the duration of the show

  • Special Exhibit: "Alzheimer's: Forgetting Piece by Piece"
    A National traveling collection of 52 wall quilts created by caregivers and families affected by Alzheimer's. Each quilt depicts the love and loss of those affected by Alzheimer's disease.

  • Door prizes throughout the show
  • Tickets available for our queen-sized donation quilt made by Red River Quilters guild members that features log cabins and fans in Civil War reproduction fabrics on a beige background.

Please join the Champlain Valley Quilters' Guild for a spectacular display of quilts, a wall of quilts silent auction, handmade crafts, quilt raffle, merchant mall, several special theme quilt displays, demonstrations, and refreshments.  Admission $6.  Ample free parking.

 

As a Special Exhibit, we are presenting a display of the moving Ground Zero Tribute Quilt made by fabric artist Lois Jarvis of Madison, Wisconsin

Come join us at the "Appliqu� at Seabeck Bay IV" retreat. This is our fourth retreat at the Seabeck Conference Center and the teachers will be announced this next month. The cost will be $390, which includes your boarding, meals and two all day classes.

Besides attending your classes, you will visit two local Quilt Shops, have one full day of working on your new projects and enjoy the peaceful and serene views of Seabeck Bay with the Olympic Mountains in the background. See Seabeck Conference Site on the web site listed below.

Those who need to travel by airplane will fly into the SeaTac Airport in Seattle, WA and take a shuttle to the retreat area.
